How much does the Running Campus online payment system cost?
NOTHING. The system is free for the organization.
It works just like an online movie ticket purchase service: the cost of the administration is added to the price of the inscription (2% with a minimum of € 0.70 per registration).
What account is the money for the race entered and when?
Participants pay through the secure payment POS of Running Campus. Once the registrations are closed, Running Campus enters the fee money to the organization's account number.
What happens with the money of the inscriptions if the race don't take place?
Running Campus does not process returns to registered individuals. The registration fee will be paid into the club's account (except the cost of management expenses with a minimum of € 50 total) and the same club must return the money to the registered according to their own return policy.
Can I see a registrations list of my event?
Yes. The race organizer has exclusive access to the registrations section of his event and will be able to see in real time the registrations that are made through the Running Campus payment platform. Once the inscriptions gets closed, the organizer can download a data file with all the registrations.
Can I limit the number of participants in my event? What features does the system incorporate?
You can limit the event capacity and the registration closing day.
It also allows discount coupons for specific promotions, specific prices for special collectives (federated, club members, etc.), custom fields configuration. ¡Running Campus adapts to the specific needs of your event!
I want to organize a free race, can I manage the registration in Running Campus?
Yes. The Running Campus race registration system allows the creation of free events. In this case, the registrant must only pay management fees (0,7 €).
